How not to lose your hard earned money when you get a new apartment 😲
did you know you can end up losing up to Rs. 2,50,000 on your apartment even before you move in?

Imagine yourself living in Bangalore in a 2000 square feet apartment in Whitefield. To make thing clearer, we will assume a few things so that all our calculations are clear
your total peace of mind awaits you — get started WhatsApp us now!
Area of your beautiful apartment — 2000 square feet
Rate per square foot of your apartment Rs. 8,000
That puts your apartment at Rs 1,60,00,000 or 1.6 Crores
Can you guess how many snags or problems one found in a 2000 square foot apartment on average? 😠 130
Now take a guess how many apartments were short of the area promised to them? 😥 60%
and finally the best — how many of the flats we have attended to had dampness in them? 😨 30%
Let us assume that you spend on average Rs 1000 to get 1 problem repaired. These problems which manifest over a period of time may not occur all at once. 130 problems mean Rs. 1,30,000 in repair costs
If your apartment is 10 square foot short — 10 X 8,000 = Rs 80,000
Now put in the opportunity cost of your time that you spend in managing all these issues and the headaches you will get trying to find a contractor who can do these small jobs for you. Say for the sake of simplicity Rs. 50,000
1,30,000 + 80,000 + 50,000 is what you stand to lose
if you don’t get your home inspection done
This is the very reason, we help the general public with their Home Inspection. Generally until Nemmadi.in came into the foray, many of us asked our family or friends to help us take over the apartment. When this was the case, the check done by friends and family is done in a very cursory manner and not in a objective manner. What this misses is the professional opinion based on experiential knowledge garnered over many years on the field.
What do you that that we can’t do?
To answer this very question we’ve made a series of videos
