What is Home Inspection?
You definitely have bought a new home or know of someone who has . Haven’t you seen that a family member, an uncle or dad or cousin, visit the apartment and perform a cursory check and certify that the apartment is OK?
Isn’t this very odd? If you are ill you don’t go to a cousin (unless they are a doctor) or if you need legal advise do you go to an uncle? We go to a doctor or a lawyer — so when a home needs to be taken over why not go to a professional?
Especially since a home is one of the most expensive purchases that you will ever make in your life time.
